All private and duet sessions are 55 minutes. 

Sessions expire after one year.

Experience the Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Stability Chair as you work one-on-one with Leslie to address your individual needs and achieve your desired results. 

$95 per session (package of 10 = $900)

Duet

Bring a friend and work out together; each session utilizes a combination of the Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Chair. $75 per person (package of 10 = $700)

Group Mat Classes (Pilates & Stretch)

There are two mat offerings:

• Pilates - geared for the experienced Pilates student

• Stretch - ideal for everyone

• in-studio: all equipment is provided, including mats  

$25 per class in-studio/$10 per class via zoom
