Frequently Asked Questions
What Are My Class Options?

One-on-one sessions are called privates, while experiencing the equipment with a partner is called a duet. Both privates and duets utilize the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Tower, and the Pilates Stability Chair and last 55 minutes. Mat exercises are incorporated in as well so you are able to practice at home between sessions or when you are unable to come in to the studio.

What If I Haven't Worked Out In a Long Time (or ever)?
That's the great thing about Pilates, we offer something for everyone, at all fitness levels. With class sizes being so small, each session is tailored to meet your individual needs and provide the necessary modifications needed to help you achieve your goals. No matter your age or fitness level, we can help you improve both your physical and mental health.
What Should I Wear/Bring?
Any exercise clothes will work; something that easily allows your body to move is ideal. Pilates is typically done in socks with grippers on the bottom, however bare feet also work well for the majority of moves. No need to bring anything additional, I provide the rest.
